Access to Database, DNA and Plasma Repository A formal application process is required in order to obtain biological materials (DNA and or serum) from NARAC families. Every letter of recommendation writing service can prepare one for you. Applications will be reviewed as needed by a panel of scientists and receive final approval upon review by officials at the National Institutes of Health. In general, this process should not require more than 30 days. All data and biological materials are supplied as anonymized samples with coded identifiers. The criteria for successful application, detailed instructions, and other issues related to database access are given in the application below. Applications must be submitted in writing and signed by an institutional official. Applicants are strongly encouraged to contact Peter K. Gregersen, Principal Investigator of NARAC prior to submitting an application in order to permit expeditious handling of the application and to obtain information on the current collection.
